Session Description

The Agentic AI Summit cuts through the hype to deliver a sharp, four-hour briefing on how Agentic AI—systems capable of complex, goal-oriented execution—is set to revolutionize Telecoms Networks and End-User Services. As 5G-A infrastructure matures, this summit addresses the critical questions for MNOs and the ecosystem: How do we move from automated processes to truly autonomous network operations? How do we securely and profitably expose network capabilities to external AI agents to unlock new consumer and enterprise revenue streams

Over four concise sessions, leaders will explore the four pillars of agentic adoption:

  1. Network Autonomy: Deploying agents for self-healing and operational efficiency.
  2. Agentic Value drivers: How will agents create topline value for the industry not just cost-saving.
  3. Industry wide challenges: Getting to grips with the core challenges facing Agentic AI within telecoms networks.
  4. The Trust Layer: Defining the security and governance standards for a fully agent-driven ecosystem.

Through a series of panel discussions, real-world showcases and presentations, the summit will explore the successful monetisation of 5G deployment fuelling future development of networks. Attendees will gain actionable insights into monetisation strategies, infrastructure evolution, and ecosystem development needed to lead in the 5G-A era and prepare for future investment.

Join global network leaders, innovators, and mobile networks architects to understand how today’s Agentic AI and 5G advancements are laying the groundwork for tomorrow’s intelligent and globally connected mobile infrastructure.

Agenda:

Fireside Chat The Agentic Imperative

To kick off the summit, we sit down with a leader from one of the world's largest and most advanced mobile operators to set the stage. Why is Agentic AI not just an incremental improvement, but an urgent strategic imperative for the telecommunications industry? This visionary conversation will frame the day’s discussions by connecting the promise of autonomy to the core challenges of monetization, efficiency, and future relevance.  20 mins

Case Study ServiceNow - Turning AI Investment into Growth Velocity

When it comes to AI, telcos want to unlock the next billion in revenue, not just better operations. Being efficient keeps you alive, but being autonomous is what lets you grow, and you can't get there when your network is disconnected from the rest of the service experience. Real autonomy only happens when AI can see across the front, middle, and back office, act on what it learns, and move fast enough to capture growth before it disappears. Learn how operators are putting AI to work with ServiceNow to move at the speed growth demands, and why zero-touch networks are table stakes to the growth conversation.

Panel Session - Network Autonomy: AI Agents for Self-Healing & OpEx Reduction

The dream of a "zero-touch" network is becoming a reality through Agentic AI. This session dives into the practical application of AI agents within the network core to create a self-diagnosing, self-healing, and continuously optimizing operational environment. Leaders from the foundational AI and workflow automation platforms will share how operators are moving from pilot projects to full-scale deployment, unlocking significant OpEx savings and unprecedented reliability.

This session will explore:

  • The transition from reactive automation to proactive, agent-driven network management.
  • Real-world ROI: Showcasing measurable gains in performance and efficiency.
  • The AI-native tech stack required, from accelerated hardware to intelligent workflow platforms

Case Study WIT Software - When AI takes the call: The next era of communications

This session explores how telecom operators can evolve beyond traditional connectivity and leverage the new wave of agentic AI. It examines how AI agents can become first-class subscribers, owning phone numbers, operating across multiple channels, and delivering intelligent communication services. It highlights how this transition allows operators to unlock new revenue opportunities and position themselves for the emerging Agentic AI population.

This session will cover:

  • How to easily create AI Agents for mobile communications
  • How mobile operators can deploy Agentic AI communications
  • How Agentic AI can enable new revenue streams

Panel Session - Agents in Action

This session explores how telecom operators can monetise Agentic AI by transitioning from connectivity providers to high-value service engines. We examine the deployment of autonomous agents to deliver personalised consumer engagement and intelligent enterprise solutions, such as virtual front desks and sector-specific smart operations. The discussion covers practical use cases for autonomous voice and digital interactions that redefine the customer experience, unlock sustainable revenue streams, strengthen relationships, and maximise lifetime value.

The session will cover:

  • How AI Agents can successfully handle inbound and outbound interactions
  • Practical examples of Agentic AI-powered services for consumers and enterprises
  • How Agentic AI driven comms services unlock revenue streams, strengthen relationships and increase lifetime value

Presentation - NANDA: Resolution, Discovery, and Governance for the Agentic Web Research at MIT

As AI agents become autonomous, mobile, and long-lived across devices, edge, and cloud, the core challenge shifts from agent design to trust, discovery, and governance at internet scale. NANDA (Networked AI Agents in Decentralized Architecture) addresses this challenge by introducing a systems-level framework for the Agentic Web, inspired by how DNS, ICANN, and certificate authorities enabled global trust for the web itself.

NANDA is not about creating individual agents, nor about defining protocols for agent-to-agent communication. Instead, it focuses on agent resolvability, certification, attestation, and discovery, enabling agents to be verifiable, policy-compliant, and safely composable across administrative and network boundaries. By extending concepts such as naming, root of trust, and delegated authority into the agentic domain, NANDA provides the missing control plane for large-scale autonomous systems.

This session explores how NANDA is working on Horizon-2 and Horizon-3 technologies envisioned for the 6G era—where intelligence is distributed, trust is programmable, and coordination emerges across networks without centralized control.

Fireside Chat A Fundamental Change, Thriving in a Post-Human Network

Within the next decade, autonomous agents will generate more network traffic than humans. This profound shift presents both an immense challenge and an opportunity. What happens to network architecture, security protocols, and the internet itself when our primary users are machines? This forward-looking fireside chat with Usman Javaid, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Orange, as an AI pioneer to debate the new rules for an agent-first world.

This session will explore:

  • Redefining the "user": Architecting for machine-to-machine communication at a global scale.
  • The role of open standards and foundational models in ensuring a collaborative future.
  • The economic and societal impact of a world populated by trillions of autonomous agents.

Fireside Chat Totogi - The five myths of Agentic AI

Agentic AI is the hottest phrase in telco - and the most dangerously misunderstood. Operators are being promised autonomous agents that will transform operations, yet most lack the semantic foundations that make agents actually reason rather than hallucinate. The result is expensive demos, performative press releases, and zero P&L impact. In this session, Danielle Rios challenges the five myths currently driving telco AI strategy - from the data lake delusion to the belief that agents alone can work across siloed systems. She reveals what vendors won't say aloud: agentic AI only succeeds when widely and deeply grounded in industry context, not just raw data.

Panel Session Securing the Trust Layer for an Autonomous World

Autonomy without trust is impossible. The success of the entire agentic revolution hinges on our ability to create a secure, transparent, and governable ecosystem. This crucial closing panel addresses the toughest challenges: How do we manage identity for billions of non-human agents? Who is liable when an agent makes a mistake? And how do we defend against a new generation of AI-driven threats?

This session will explore:

  • Practical frameworks for AI governance, transparency, and accountability.
  • The interplay between cutting-edge security technology and forward-thinking regulation.
  • Building the standards required to earn and maintain customer confidence.
