At ServiceNow, Rohit focuses on helping large, complex organizations move beyond experimentation to operationalize AI at scale. His work emphasizes building core industry workflows embedded with AI, redesigning operating models for speed and accountability, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across global enterprises. Rohit has held senior roles in delivery, solutions, and product management at Salesforce, Amdocs, Oracle, and Comverse.


In parallel with his executive role, Rohit is pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, where his research examines leadership, culture, and engagement in AI-enabled organizations.
