Luis Silva is an entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of WIT Software, where he leads the creation of next-generation telecommunications solutions across RCS


messaging, 5G New Calling, IP voice and video, IPTV, and AI-powered conversational platforms for the telecom industry. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and previously served as an Associate Professor at the University of Coimbra.


At MWC 2026, he will unveil AINNOV8, an AI-driven platform that transforms the mobile voice channel into a powerful new revenue stream for telecom operators, ushering in a new era of intelligent, agent-based communications.
