The global AI governance approaches are rapidly diverging. The EU pursues strict regulation through the AI Act, the U.S. prioritiszes innovation-first framework with limited oversight, and China emphasiszes secure, controllable development through its own interim measurements. With various approaches to AI governance, are we moving towards a fragmented AI policy landscape?
This session examines the global AI governance landscape and the cross-border compliance challenges. We will also explore the impact of regulations on innovation and how companies embed governance and accountability into AI products and strategies.
