Speaker Bio

Viktorija Radman is a senior leader in the ICT industry with more than 20 years of experience spanning telecom technology, business development, and ecosystem partnerships. She began her career in 2004 after graduating from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb.


Viktorija spent the first 15 years of her career at Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Croatia, where she held a range of roles with increasing responsibility, building deep expertise across telecom networks, technology, and business operations.


She subsequently joined Infobip as Telecom Business Director, where she led global initiatives to scale and sustainably monetize Telecom Network APIs, RCS, and SMS services. During her six-year tenure in Infobip, she worked closely with mobile network operators and partners worldwide, driving commercial growth and strengthening Infobip’s position within the global telecom ecosystem.


In November 2025, Viktorija joined Aduna, a joint venture between Ericsson and 11 leading global telecommunications operators, as Director of Supply and Carrier Partnerships. In this role, she is responsible for building and expanding strategic carrier partnerships, accelerating the adoption of Telecom Network APIs, and enabling cross-industry collaboration across the global ecosystem.


Viktorija is recognized for her ability to bridge technology, business, and partnership strategy, and for leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in highly regulated, global environments.
