Radhika Gupta is a senior leader at the GSMA and serves as Senior Director and Head of Data Acquisition at GSMA Intelligence, bringing over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, technology, and research-led environments.

Radhika brings deep domain expertise developed through sustained work across data, analytics, and research products, and through engagement with diverse players across the telecom and technology ecosystem. During her career at the GSMA, she played a key role in establishing and scaling GSMA Intelligence’s operations in India, contributing to capabilities that support global, data-led decision-making. The products and insights she helps shape act as a catalyst for strategic thinking, supporting industry leaders as they navigate complex and fast-evolving market dynamics.

She is particularly interested in how AI- and automation-enabled approaches around data can improve the speed, quality, and confidence of decision-making at scale, especially in complex and fast-changing industry environments.

Radhika contributes actively to industry dialogue across telecoms and technology, bringing an analytical and pragmatic perspective shaped by long-term engagement with operators, policymakers, vendors, and ecosystem partners. Her areas of focus include 5G and network evolution, MVNOs, spectrum, satellite and non-terrestrial networks, and the strategic implications of emerging technologies.

Alongside her industry work, Radhika is a strong advocate of inclusive leadership. She has chaired DEI initiatives and actively supports environments where diverse perspectives can thrive, particularly as organizations grow and transform.
