Anna Campbell is a former Global Head of HR, a leadership coach, and co-founder of The Culture Formula, who works with founders and leadership teams to build company cultures that drive growth.

Anna has led culture change inside complex, fast-moving environments - including GSMA, the organisation behind MWC and 4YFN - and understands first-hand the realities and nuances of building high-performing teams as businesses scale.

She now works closely with founders and CEOs to reset culture as a strategic driver - raising standards, reducing founder dependency, and enabling businesses to grow with greater ease for long-term success.
