Dr. Simon C. Müller is Senior Technology Strategy Manager at o2 Telefónica in Germany and responsible for defining Telefónica’s long-term Technology strategy across network and IT since 2020. In this role, he has been leading o2 Telefónica's initiatives on quantum technologies. Recently, Simon has been working on an international assignment with Telefónica's global CTIO unit on quantum technologies in Madrid. He is also the chair of GSMA's Quantum Networks and Services (QNS) working group. Simon is an alumni of the National Academy of Engineering’s Frontiers of Engineering as well as Telefónica's Advanced Leadership Program. Before joining o2 Telefónica, he was working several years as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics from the LMU Munich as well as a PhD from the TUM School of Management.
