Lawrence Jin is currently the Chief Growth Officer of Deloitte China and leads the China to Global (C2G) program. With 30 years of professional service experience in the UK and China, he developed profound knowledge and practical insights in the areas of capital market and globalization of Chinese companies.

As Chief Growth Officer, he now leads cross-functional collaboration and key growth initiatives of Deloitte China, including deepening industry expertise, elevating priority account service and structured operation of China Global Office, focusing on both C2G and China for China (C4C) services. He is also global lead client service partner for several of the largest Deloitte Global and China priority clients.
