Session Description

C12, a Paris-based quantum computing startup, is revolutionizing the field with its unique use of carbon nanotubes as the core building block for scalable, error-corrected quantum processors. In this talk, Pierre Desjardins, CEO and Co-Founder of C12, will share how the company combines ultra-pure materials with semiconductor technology to overcome the limitations of traditional quantum computing approaches. Launched in 2020 as a spin-off from École Normale Supérieure’s physics lab, C12 has already secured €25M in funding, a team of 47 experts, and 8 patents. The presentation will highlight the disruptive potential of C12's technology to unlock large-scale quantum computing and explore how this innovation is poised to solve the most complex challenges across industries, creating opportunities for investors to be part of the quantum revolution.
